Bagel Folio uses Google sign-in to verify your account, receives your email address and basic profile information, and keeps the journal entries, photos and favorite recipes that you choose to save.
Private by default
Your journal and its photos are available only to your signed-in account through the website. They do not appear in public search, recipe pages or other visitors’ collections. Authorized service operators can administer the underlying storage when needed to operate the service.
Storage and service providers
Cloudflare delivers the website and its API. Supabase provides authentication, the database and private photo storage. Google verifies your identity; Bagel Folio does not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts or files. Your browser stores the session needed to keep you signed in. The website does not generate images from your browsing, searches or photos.
Your choices
You can edit or delete journal entries, remove photos and unsave favorites from your account. Deleting an entry also removes its associated photos. Contact us for account deletion or a copy of your account data. Backups and operational logs may retain data according to the configured service retention periods.
Service diagnostics
Operational logs help diagnose errors and keep the service running. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics are included in this version.
